Our interior designers have curated custom interior and exterior choices to give you plenty of options to personalize your mountain home. Choose from a number of exterior siding options and colors, flooring, cabinets and countertops, to personalize your modern home.
Next you can sign a Lot Reservation Agreement so our preferred builder can price out your home. Since every lot is different, the site work & foundation cost can vary considerably per lot. Last you proceed to a lot purchase agreement with us & a construction contract with the builder. Simple!
