Brad  Baso prides himself on being a trusted real estate transition partner.  His approach is driven by the fact that real people with hopes and  dreams are at the center of every transaction. As a Realtor, Brad guides  his clients with empathy, rigorous attention to detail, proactive  communication, and fun along the way. With over 15 years leading complex  projects and helping people navigate change, he draws from his  corporate experience to deliver results that move people.

Brad works  with clients across metro Atlanta and the North Georgia Mountains who  are buying and selling primary residences, vacation homes, and  investment properties. He has lived in Georgia since 2015, having moved  from New York City and before that the Minneapolis area. Brad loves  helping people who are relocating find their perfect landing spot. He  enjoys a great meal with a view, travel, and supporting the arts.

Dan grew up learning the art of  homebuilding from his father. His passion for making custom homes  combined with his love of the mountains shows in every project he  completes. When Dan is not building custom dream homes in the mountains,  he enjoys cycling and spending time on the lake with his family in  Blairsville. 

Developer - Tiny South

 Kim Bucciero is an entrepreneur who has worked in the real estate and development field since 2004.   As a Georgia Tech graduate and native Atlantan, she is focused on building communities in Georgia that utilize space well both indoors and outdoors.  

After the success of selling her previous development company in 2014 left her unfulfilled and wanting more out of life, she realized that workaholism to support a stereotypical American lifestyle with a full-size home and physical possessions no longer served her. She took a journey to Indonesia where she lived with only the contents of a backpack for a month on an organic permaculture farm while studying yoga, and became even more dedicated to experiential living, and limiting the impact on the environment with tiny living and minimalism.  

The Nest embodies Kim's love for modern architecture as well as her passion for efficiently designed homes, sustainability, and reweaving the fabric of society through community design.
