Once you have picked a lot and a floor plan, you can sign a Lot Reservation Agreement in order to reserve the lot while one of our preferred builders prices out your home. Since every lot is different, the site work and foundation price can vary considerably from site to site. Once you receive the estimate, you can proceed to a lot purchase agreement with us and a construction contract with the builder, or you can walk away. Simple!
Plus, we have preferred lenders that will make your loan process simple and seamless!
