With only a few lots remaining to choose from, we will help you pick  the perfect lot for your dream mountain home in The Nest at Brannon Ridge Reserve.  Lots range from 3/4 acre to over 2 acres, and  offer wooded privacy and/or have unbelievable views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. 

We have 5 plans to choose from that one of our preferred builders can build:

 The Sparrow - 1040 SF - 2 BR/ 2 BA

The Finch - 1119 SF - 2 BR/ 2 BA

The Wren - 1302 SF - 2 BR/ 2.5 BA

The Starling - 1487 SF - 2 or 3 BR / 2.5 BA

The Chickadee - 1512 SF - 2 or 3 BR / 2.5 BA

Need a little more space?  All of our floor plans can be put on a basement for an additional 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. 

Our interior designers have curated custom interior and exterior choices to give you plenty of options to personalize your space. Choose from a number of exterior siding options and colors,, flooring, cabinets and countertops.
