The Nest Process

In The Nest at Brannon Ridge Reserve, our builder delivers your dream mountain home with our easy process that gives you the freedom and personalization of a custom home without the typical hassle of one! (Learn more below.)


 1. Choose your lot  2. Choose your model 3. Choose your finishes.   


Once you have picked a lot and a floor plan, you can sign a Lot Reservation Agreement in order to reserve the lot while one of our preferred builders prices out your home. Since every lot is different, the site work and foundation price can vary considerably from site to site.  Once  you receive the estimate, you can proceed to a lot purchase agreement with us and a construction contract with the builder, or you can walk away.  Simple!


Plus, we have preferred lenders that will make your loan process simple and seamless!

With only a few lots remaining to choose from, we will help you pick  the perfect lot for your dream mountain home in The Nest at Brannon Ridge Reserve.  Lots range from 3/4 acre to over 2 acres, and  offer wooded privacy and/or have unbelievable views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We have 5 plans to choose from that one of our preferred builders can build:


 The Sparrow - 1040 SF - 2 BR/ 2 BA

The Finch - 1119 SF - 2 BR/ 2 BA

The Wren - 1302 SF - 2 BR/ 2.5 BA

The Starling - 1487 SF - 2 or 3 BR / 2.5 BA

The Chickadee - 1512 SF - 2 or 3 BR / 2.5 BA


Need a little more space?  All of our floor plans can be put on a basement for an additional 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
